The base sanding of the hull and exterior of the pram is now complete...but not without having to replace some parts. The rubber pad on my Dewalt rotary sander lost its tackiness and would no longer hold the surface of the sandpaper. Luckily, I found a replacement locally. The rest of the sanding should go smoothly and more quickly. With luck, I will be buffing the exterior clear by the end of the week.
